Analysis of Clinical Significance on Blood Sugar Change of Children Given Cardio-pulmonary-cerebral Resuscitation

目的 探讨心肺脑复苏 (CPCR)患儿血糖变化与病情及预后的关系。方法 对 5 8例心肺脑复苏患儿的血糖进行监测、分析。结果 患儿血糖水平越高 ,死亡率越高 ;多器官衰竭组血糖水平明显高于单器官衰竭组。结论 监测CPCR患儿血糖 ,对判断病情 。

Objective To discuss the relations among blood sugar change,condition and prognosis in 58 sick children given cardio pulmonary cerebral resuscitation (CPCR). Methods Blood sugar levels of 58 sick children given CPCR were measured and then analyzed.Results The higher one's blood sugar level was,the higher mortality one suffered from.There was a significant blood sugar level's increase in those suffering from multi organ failures when compared with those from single organ failure. Conclusion It is important that blood sugar levels of children given CPCR be measured for estimating condition,evaluating prognosis and guiding therapy.
