保存羊膜在翼状胬肉切除术中的应用

A Study on Effects of Preserved Amniotic Membrane Transplantation for Treating Pterygium

目的 观察保存羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法 42例 5 0眼采用翼状胬肉切除联合保存羊膜移植。观察术后角膜愈合情况、角膜缘新生血管及角结膜是否有翼状胬肉样组织。结果 术后随访 6～ 18个月 ,复发 2眼 ( 4 .0 %)。结论 保存羊膜移植损伤小 ,取材及处理相对复杂 ,但能有效地减少翼状胬肉的术后复发 ,减轻症状 。

Objective To discuss the surgical techniques and effectivity of preserved amniotic membrane transplantation for treating pterygium.Methods 42 cases of 50 eyes were treated with preserved amniotic membrane transplantation.The effectivity of them were observed.Results 48 eyes showed successfully.Only 2 eyes were recurrent. Conclusion Preserved amniotic membrane transplantation for treating pterygium were effectient,and the rate of recurrence can be cut down obviously.
