Combined Effect of CO_2 Laser Resection and Ligation on Mixed Hemorrhoids

本文报道用內痔结扎、外痔二氧化碳激光切除治疗混合痔42例,全部治愈。作者认为:本法疗效确实、操作简单,可减少术后出血、肛门疼痛和尿潴留等合并症的发生。本文还对本法的适应症、操作注意事项和安全防护进行了讨论。

Ligation of internal hemorrhoids and CO_2 Lasar resection of external hemorrhoids, were applied for 42 cases of mixed hemorrhoids, and all cases were cured. It was found that the effect of this operation was reliable, the procedure was simple, and the postoperative complications such as bleeding, anal pain, urine retention, etc, were lessened. The indications, manipulation considerations and safeguardings of the operation are also discussed.
