摘要
应用“微电脑胃肠电检测分析系统”作体表结肠电检查及频谱分析,发现:①单纯便烂不成形患者降结肠、乙状结肠无论空腹或餐后,其低频段及高频段ECA结肠电活动都倾向减弱;②腹泻兼有肠激惹征患者升、降、乙状结肠空腹结肠电过度活跃,餐后结肠电亦有较高反应水平;③便秘患者结肠电普遍减弱,且单纯便秘者较便秘有肠激惹征者的餐后结肠电减弱更为显著,而便秘有相关腹痛者降结肠的餐后结肠电則较活跃,可作鉴别。本工作发现的体表结肠电异常能解释不同类型大便改变的某些病理机制;结肠电检查及频谱分析可望成为大便改变临床分型有价值的客观指标。
By utilizing the Detect-analysing System for Electric Activity of Gastrointestinal Tract, Electrocolonograms (ECOG) were applied on 187 cases of patients with chronic stool change and 71 healthy adults and were analysed into frequency spectrum by Fast Fourier Transform. The results showed that there were different types of ECOG spectrum disorder in patients with different types of stool changes.
