摘要 以SiO2为载体,采用饱和浸渍法制备负载型杂多酸PW12/SiO2,用于催化合成乙酸乙酯。通过正交试验确定最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为反应物总质量的4%,酸醇摩尔比为3,反应回流时间为120 min,酯化率可达91.56%以上。 Supported heteropoly acids have also been prepared with silica gele, as their supports by methods of impregnation. Ethyl acetate has been synthesized with PW12/SiO2 as catalyst. The experimental results indicate the optimum condition as follows: the quantity of catalyst is 4% of the quantity of acid, the ratio of acid to alcohol is 3 ,the time of reaction is 120 min, the rate of production is 91.56%.
