摘要
介绍了14 6tex/4 4tex大豆蛋白纤维/氨纶包芯纱的产品特点,针对大豆蛋白纤维的特性确定纺纱工艺,采用正交试验的方法,求得最优工艺参数和成纱质量,并对各工序的主要技术措施和工艺参数配置进行了分析。
It is introduced the characteristics of 14.6 tex/4.4 tex core-spun yarn spun with soybean protein fibre and Spandex.The Spinning technology is determined according to the properties of soybean protein fibre.The main technical measures and technology parameter configuration in procedures are analyzed,and the best technology parameters and yarn quality are got by orthogonal experiments.
