摘要
研究了多维气相色谱分析技术检测汽油中含氧化合物 (醇类和醚类 )的方法。通过实验 ,考察了分流比、阀切换时间等因素对实验结果的影响 ,确定了最佳实验条件 ;同时对该方法的准确度和精密度进行验证 ,结果表明 ,该方法具有很好的精密度 ,加标回收率在 95 %~ 10 5 %之间 ;运用该法对车用汽油中的含氧化合物进行检测 ,用 1μL的样品即可准确测定样品中质量分数为 0 .1%~ 2 0 .0 %的醚、0 .1%~ 12 .0 %的醇 ,单次样品分析周期为 2 0min。由此可见 ,采用多维气相色谱分析技术 ,可以快速、准确地测定清洁汽油中的含氧化合物。
A method for determination of oxygenate (alcohols and ethers) in clean gasoline was studied by multi-dimensional gas chromatography (MDGC) technology. The split ratio, displacement time of valve and other influential factors were studied, the optimum conditions were confirmed. The accuracy and precision of the method were verified. The result shows that the method is accurate, the recoveries are 95%~105%. The method is used to detect the oxygenation in clean gasoline, the detection ranges of ethers and mass fraction of alcohols are 0.1%~20.0% and 0.1%~12.0%, respectively, when 1 μL samples are used. The analytical cycle of a sample was only 20 minutes. So, by means of this method, the content of oxygenation in gasoline can be determined rapidly and accurately.
