双螺杆反应器同向啮合螺纹元件的三维流场分析 被引量:9

摘要 双螺杆反应器是一种新型的高效反应器 ,且对环境几乎无污染 ,但许多理论尚处于不成熟阶段。高粘度物料在双螺杆反应器中的流动情况非常复杂 ,很难用解析法求解 ,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对双螺杆反应器同向啮合螺纹元件进行了三维等温非牛顿流场分析 ,给出了速度场、压力场、粘度场的基本规律以及螺杆特性曲线的分布。计算结果表明 :在啮合区 ,物料的压力梯度、速度、剪切应力较大 ,粘度值较小 ,物料在啮合区能进行充分的混合、反应 ;螺槽中的物料具有较大的正轴向速度 ,表明大部分物料沿挤出方向流动。流量和螺杆转速成正比 ,流量和流道两端的压差成反比。 Twin screw reactor is a new-style reactor with high efficiency and hardly contaminative, but many theories are immature. The flow of high viscosity material is very complex, so it is difficult to be solved by the way of analysis. Three-dimensional flow field analysis of flight element in a co-rotating twin screw reactor was analyzed by ANSYS and the rule of velocity field, pressure field, viscosity field, shearing stress and characteristic curve were given. The numerical results show that material has large pressure gradient, velocity and shearing stress at the intermeshing region and material is fully blended. Plus axial velocity in gutter manifests that most of material flow to the exit. The flow rate is proportional to the screw speed and inverse ratio to pressure gradient.
