游梁抽油机智能调控装置的设计及实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对游梁抽油机启动电流大、能耗大、电机负载率低等问题 ,设计了一种新型的游梁抽油机智能调控装置 (主要包括降压软启动、实时调压运行、转差控制、功率因数补偿及故障保护等多个方面 )可以解决上述弊端 ,并且对其进行了理论探讨及测试分析。利用变载设备拖动电机调压式节电及转差控制等原理 ,实时改变电动机端电压 ,从而控制电机转差及电流的大小 ,实现游梁抽油机的软启动 ,提高电动机功率因数及电动机效率。检测结果表明 ,游梁抽油机智能调控装置对于负载率低 (β <30 % )的油井有用功节电率达 18.6 4 % ,综合节电率为 2 7.91% ,节能效果显著。并且根据油田现场需要增设了防谐波串扰、电动机故障保护及来电自启动等功能 ,装置具有结构简单、性能可靠、操作方便等特点。 A new type of intelligent adjusting device used on beam-pumping unit was designed to solve the problems of high electric impulsion and wastage of power and low loading on pumping unit. Several functions were realized on the new device such as flexible startup through low voltage, slip controlling, real-time voltage regulating, power factor compensation and malfunction safeguard and so on. The principle of power saving and flexible startup of beam-pumping unit were analyzed and designed to increase the load factor and decrease the power consuming. The main technical parameters and characteristic were also illuminated. Testing on the spot and the measured data indicate that design and implementation of the intelligent adjusting device for beam- pumping unit is successful. The power saving function is remarkable that the power saving rate reaches 18.64% and the power saving rate 27.91% especially under the condition of β<30% (β means the load factor) and the malfunction safeguard on the motor is also achieved well. The new device have a simple structure and high reliability which should be widely used.
