摘要
对大开孔球壳压力容器做了水压试验 ,明确了试件上各试验点的屈服顺序 ,分析了它们的弹塑性性能 ,指出了试件上应力集中最严重的点和无应力集中的点 ;对试件进行了无矩理论和有矩理论的计算 ,并和试验结果做了分析比较 ,得出了相应的结论 ;对试件运用ANSYS软件进行了模拟试验的有限元分析 ,并和试验结果做了分析比较 ,发现试件无论是处于线弹性阶段还是处于弹塑性阶段 ,二者均符合得较好。
A water pressure test was made of global pressure vessels with big holes, the yield sequence of test points on the specimen was determined, the elasto plastic performances were analyzed, the points with the most serious stress concentration and without stress concentration were respectively indicated, the calculations with moment theory and non moment theory were performed for the specimen, and compared with the test result, and corresponding conclusion was obtained. A finite element analysis of simulation test was made of thespecimen using ANSYS software, and compared with the test result. It was found that the specimen at both elastic stage and elasto plasticity stage agreed well with the test result.
