溶胶-凝胶法含Na^+-K^+玻璃的混合碱效应

摘要 本文阐述了用溶胶-凝胶技术制备Na_2O-K_2O—SiO_2体系的玻璃并对其混合碱效应进行研究的结果。对样品进行了X射线,红外光谱及交流电导率的测试,样品的形貌用SEM进行了观察。结果清楚地表明:当在不同温度下进行热处理时,样品的混合碱效应将发生变化。由于水分子的影响,在低温时样品呈现出多种离子的混合碱效应,当经过400℃热处理后,混合减效应与由熔融法制得的玻璃基本相仿。 In this paper glasses in Na_2O-K_2O-SiO_2 system were prepared by sol-gel technique and the of-fect of Na^+-K^+mixed cations were studied. The x-ray, IR and A. C. conductivity teste were con-ducted. The morphology of samples was investigated by SEM. The result showed clearly that whileheated at different temperatures, the effect of mixed cations changed. At low temperatures the sam-ples showed the effect of multiple mixted cations, which was associated with water content. At 400℃this effect was similar to that of melted glasses.
