Methods for Eliminating Disturbance of Chlorine Ion in COD Measurement

由于Cl-离子在COD测定中会干扰测量结果,尤其对于高氯低COD的水样,其干扰犹为严重,因此COD测定过程中需要对水样中的Cl-进行处理。文章从方法的原理、消除效果及适用范围等方面对目前国内在COD测试中采用的Cl-干扰消除方法进行了评述。

Cl- ion disturbs the result of measurement in the measurement of COD, which is even more serious in case of high-chlorine and low-COD water sample. Therefore, it is necessary to have the Cl- in the water sample treated during the measurement of COD. In this paper, the methods currently used in China to eliminate the disturbance of Cl- in COD measurement are evaluated in respects of the principles of the methods, the results of elimination, as well as the scopes of application, etc.
