摘要
以氟化铵(NH_4F)为掺氟剂,Sol-ged法制备掺氟石英玻璃,探讨了氟在各工艺过程中的结构行为:氟对溶胶-凝胶的水解与聚合强烈催化作用的机理;热处理过程中氟的排除形式与脱氟行为;氟降低胶体中羟基和表面自由水含量。
By using ammonium fluoride (NH_4F) as fluorinc source, fluorinc-doped silica glasses are pre-pared through sol--gel process. Structural behaviors of fluorinc in the fluorine-doped silica gels aretavestigated: mechanism of fluorine's severe catalysis to hydrolysis and polymerization reaction,defluorinating behaviors of the gels during heat treatment and decreasing of H_2O and Si-OH contentto the gels by nuorine.
