摘要
用氨丙基聚硅氧烷与PU预聚体反应生成含硅氧烷的PU预聚体 ,通过NaHSO3封闭NCO基 ,并在水中分散制得有机硅改性热反应型水基聚氨酯乳液。
Siloxane modified polyurethane(PU) prepolymer was prepared by reaction between poly(dimethylsilone) oligomers with terminal amine group and PU prepolymer, then isocyanate group was blocked with sodium bisulfite(NaHSO 3) and thermo-reactive water-based polyurethane was obtained by dispersion method in water. The influences of oligomer contents on blocking ratio and rate of unblocking were examined, and average particle diameters of the modified dispersion were determined.
