摘要
本文研究了以TiO_2和Ba(OH)_2为原料,邻笨二酚为配位剂制备BaTiO_3超细粉末的方法。探讨了反应物配比和温度对生成中间体Ba[Ti(C_6H_4O_2)_3]·3H_2O的影响。通过DTA-TG分析、X射线衍射分析讨论了Ba[Ti(C_6H_4O_2)_3]·3H_2O的热分解过程,获得800℃为最佳焙烧温度。BaTiO_3粉末的纯度为99.96%,Ba/Ti=1,粒径小于0.μm。BaTiO_3烧结体的最大相对密度为96.8%,其烧成温度为1250℃。
The ultrafine BaTiO_3 powders have been prepared using TiO_2and Ba(OH)_2 as reactants andcatechol as coordination agent. The effect of reactant prescription and temperature upon interme-diate Ba[Ti(C_6H_4O_2)_3]· 3H_2O has also been discussed. The thermal decomposition ofBa[Ti(C_6H_4O_2)_3]· 3H_2O is studied by DTA-TG and X-ray. The best baking temperature is 800℃.The purity of BaTiO_3is 99.96%, Ba/ Ti=1, panicle radius<0.2μm. The max relative density ofsintering body BaTiO_3is 96.8%, and the sintering temperature is 1250℃.
