Chinacast has set up two doorstils in China's distant education market: from technological side it is the only company in China which has both single and double way satellite system; from service side it is the only company to open the 800 service system in distant education field. However, as the CEO of Chinacast Chen pays more attention to the challenges from inner parts of the company its own. How to organize a good team?
