北京外国语大学是国家教育部批准的第一所专门从事外语网络教育的试点院校(以下简称北外网院)，经过四年多的摸索，他们最重要的的体验是：网络教育的理念、定位和体系建设是网络教育成败的关键。
Beijing Foreign Language University is the first experimental one permitted by the Ministry of Education to take online higher foreign language education. From 4 year of exploring in online education the most important experience has been obtained that the concept, location and system construction of online education are the keys for the success of it.Why concept antecedence? What's the soul for their concept? How to locate online education? How to make system construction? Our correspondent came to the campus of BFLU and heard the comment of Cao Wen, the Vide Director.
