摘要
本文应用D/Max-3BX-射线衍射、热分析等方法研究了赋存于α-Al(OH)_3粉体中的含钙矿物于100℃至1600℃煅烧过程中的行为。在α-Al(OH)_3煅烧过程中,伴随着含钙矿物的热转化及固相反应,历经12CaO·7Al_2O_3、CaO·Al_2O_3、CaO·2Al_2O_3、CaO·6Al_2O_3,最终CaO·6Al_2O_3与x-Al_2O_3共存。本文并提供了CaO·6Al_2O_3的X射线粉末衍射数据。研究结果对生产及使用Al_2O_3的行业,有一定参考意义。
The behaviors. of calcium-bearing minerals that lie in α--Al(OH)_3 powders in the calcinarionprocess at 100℃~1600℃ have been studied by means of D/Max--3B X-ray diffractometry andthermoanalysis in this paper. In the calcination process of α--Al(OH)_3, accompanied by thermal con-version and solid--state reaction, which has goe through 12CaO· 7Al_2O_3, CaO· Al_2O_3.CaO·2Al_2O_3, CaO· 6A1_2O_3, the final mixture consists of CaO·6Al_2O_3and α--Al_2O_3. The X-ray powderdiffraction data of CaO· 6Al_2O_3are given. The resuits are of vaiue to both production and applica-tion of Al_2O_3.
