消化道癌症失眠患者行为疗法与自我训练疗效观察

The curative effects of action treatments and do-it-by-oneself exercises on the digestive tract cancer insomnia patients

目的为减轻癌症患者心理压力 ,缓解焦虑程度 ,达到改善和提高睡眠质量。方法对确诊为消化道癌症 (经手术切除 )并有失眠症患者 5 4例 ,采取生物反馈行为训练、自我训练、音乐疗法、说教与心理疏导等。治疗前人格测定与常模比较 ,治疗前后情绪量表及PSQI睡眠质量自评各分值比较。结果患者的MMPI和 16PF粗分分别高于常模 ,差别有极显著性 (P 均≤ 0 .0 1) ;PSQI分值治疗前后差别极有显著性 (P≤ 0 .0 1)。治疗后睡眠改善明显优于治疗前 ,使治疗前每天平均睡眠由 (1.7± 1.2 5 )h提高到(6.1± 1.5 )h。焦虑、紧张量表治疗前后HAMA、SAS分值差别有极显著性 (P≤ 0 .0 1) ,以治疗后各分值低于治疗前。结论行为疗法与自我训练对缓解患者焦虑、紧张心理压力 。

ObjectiveTo relieve the cancer patient's psychology pressure and the degree of anxiety, and to improve the quality of their sleep MethodsThe patients ,the total of 54 cases, who were diagnosed as the digestive cancer and had insomnia after the operation, were treated by biofeedback relaxation, do-it-by-oneself exercises, music treatments, communication. Before treatments, they accepted 16PF and MMPI, and then the indicators were compared with the general model. Observed the indicators in PSQI, HAMA, and SAS, and then compared them with the general model. Results After statistic analysis and regulating data, there is significantly difference, which the indictors in MMPI and 16PF are higher than the general model (P≤0.01). The results of PSQI before and after treatments are different (P≤0.01).It make the average sleeping (1.7±1.25) hours increase to (6.1±1.5) hours.After treatments, the quality of sleep is better and the indictors in HAMA and SAS are lower than before (P≤0.01). ConclusionIt's significant curative effects to relieve psychology anxiety pressure and to improve the quality of sleep by action treatments and do-it-by-oneself exercises.
