安徽省中学生危害健康行为间的相互作用

Interaction of health-risk behaviors among high school students in Anhui province

目的为研究青少年各种危害健康行为间的相互关系 ,为进一步进行危害健康行为相互作用机制及预防与干预研究提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法 ,在合肥市、黄山市和宿州市选取有代表性的城乡普通中等学校各 2 3所共 12 43 0人 ,采取无记名的方式对中学生危害健康行为进行了现场问卷调查 ,并用SPSS软件包对各种危害健康行为进行Spearman等级相关分析。 结果安徽省中学生危害健康行为间存在正相关关系相关系数为 0 .0 810 .3 3 7,男、女生均以吸烟行为与饮酒行为相关关系最为密切相关系数分别为 0 .0 3 7和 0 .14 2 ;男生各种危害健康行为间的关系较女生广泛且密切 ;女生以自杀与不良体重控制行为并存较为普遍相关系数为 0 .113。

Objective To investigate the relationships among their risk health behaviors. MethodsThe stratified sampling was employed in the study. 2~3 general middle schools were selected separately from towns and rural areas respectively in Hefei City, Huangshan City and Suzhou City. 12 430 students were investigated with a designed questionnaire without signature. The data for the various risk behaviors were analyzed in Spearman rank correlation by SPSS. Results There were positive correlation between the risk health behaviors. The correlation between smoking and drinking was the strongest among the male and female students. The correlations between the risk behaviors were stronger in the male students than in the females. It is more common that suicide and unhealthy weight control for the females. ConclusionThe intervention strategies for control of the risk behaviors should include several risk factors at the same time.
