摘要
本文采用微机对ZTA陶瓷粉末(含8wt%成型剂)的模压数据进行处理,其结果表明:该粉末的压形规律遵循于黄培云双对数方程和巴尔申方程;根据黄培云双对数方程计算出该粉末的压制性能参数,其硬化指数为0.042t/cm^2,压制过程非线性指数为6.558,它们表明了成型剂的掺加显著改善了陶瓷粉末的压制性能,同时为陶瓷粉末压制压力的选择提供了理论依据。
This paper deals with the die compaction data of ZTA ceramic powders (containing 8wt% form-ing agent) by computer. The result shows that the compaction law of these powders conforms to forHuang Peiyun Double Logarithmic Equation and Бальцин Equation. According to Huang PeiyunDouble Logartithmic Equation the compaction performance parameters of the powders are calcu-lated, including the hardening exponent of 0.042t/cm^2 and the nonlincar exponent of 6.558, whichshow that addition of the forming agent can noticeably improve the compaction properties of the ce-ramic powders and thus provide the theoretical criterion for selecting the compaction pressure of theoeramic powders.
