摘要
用昆明种小鼠经口灌胃染毒 ,骨髓微核实验的剂量分别为 12、 6、 3、 0 6mg/kg ,精子畸变实验的剂量分别为 3 0、 15、 7 5、 3 8mg/kg ,分别取胸骨、副睾组织 ,常规制片 ,镜下观察。鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变 (Ames)实验采用平板掺入法 ,剂量分别为 0 1、 0 5、 1 5、 4 5mg/皿。小鼠骨髓微核、精子畸变实验显示 :联苯菊酯原药染毒组与阴性对照组相比 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;Ames实验显示各菌株的各剂量组的回变菌落数均未超过自发回变菌落数的 2倍。在本实验条件下 ,未发现联苯菊酯原药的致突变性。
Kunming mice were gavaged with raw bifenthrin at doses of12,6,3and0.6mg/kg for micronucleus test of bone marrow and30,15,7.5and3.8mg/kg for morphology of sperm,respectively.The sternum and epididymis were excised from the mice and prepared regularly for sections,and micronucleus of bone marrow and morphology of sperm were observed under microscope.Ames test for Salmonella typhimurium back mutation with microsome plate assay were used at doses of0.1,0.5,1.5and4.5mg/plate.There was no significant difference in micronucleus test of bone marrow and morphology of sperm between the mice exposed to bifenthrin and the control ones(P<0.05).Results of Ames test showed that number of colony with back mutation(revertants)in varied strains of Salmonella typhimurium at different doses did not exceed the double of the number of those with spontaneous mutation.No mutagenic effect of raw bifenthrin was found in this study.
