Application of On-line Oxygen Content Monitoring System in the Protective Gas Generation Station of Cold Rolling Mill WISCO

针对武钢冷轧厂气保站氮气氧含量超标对产品质量的影响 ,确定了采用HM氧含量监控系统进行在线监控的技术方案 ,介绍了该系统的工作原理和具体实施方法。通过一年多的实际应用 ,取得了良好的应用效果与可观的经济效益。

In light of the fact that excess of oxygen content in the protective gas generation station of the Cold Rolling Mill adversely affects the quality of the steel products it is determined that an HM oxygen content monitoring system be established to carry out an on-line monitoring of the oxygen content. The present paper introduces the work principle of the system and its practical execution plan. Better economical results have been achieved in the actual application in more than one years.
