Project Management on Major Overhaul and Revamp in No.3 Sintering Plant of WISCO

介绍了武钢三烧大修改造的项目全员全过程管理方法 ,并对其特征进行探讨与分析 ,同时简要说明了该方法实施过程、新设备试车实践及取得的良好效果。

The present paper introduces all personnal and full process management method for the overhaul and revamp project in the No.3 Sintering Plant of WISCO and discusses and analyzes its characteristics and briefly describes the implementation process of this method as well as the practice of commissioning of new equipments. Better results have been achieved in the project.
