摘要
介绍了两种处理冶金废料的方法 :冷固结团块法和微型竖炉球团法。冷固结团块法系采用氧化焙烧—冷固结团块工艺 ,这种方法可有效地除去废料中杂质 ,生产出的团块质量好 ;微型竖炉球团又分鼓风竖炉和抽风竖炉两种工艺。两种竖炉均可生产出质量良好的球团矿 ,两种方法实践证明 ,技术上是可行的 ,经济上是合算的。团块和球团矿符合转炉炼钢的要求。
Enormous amount of metallurgical waste come out in an iron and steel plant everyday, in a while quite a number are very useful elements. Obviously recovery and reuse of those waste materials means achievement of higher economic efficiencies for the iron steel works. The present paper introduces two different methods for treatment of the metallurgical wastes, namely the cold bonding pellet and pelletization in min-shaft furnace. The cold bonding pellet method takes the process route of oxidization and firing-colding bonding. This process can produce high quality pellet as it can remove the impurities in the waste very effectively. The pelletization in mini-shaft furnace method includes the blow shaft furnace and the suction shaft furnace. Both are proved to be economically and technologically effective since they can produce high quality pellets for converter steel refining purpose. The processes and equipments are simple and easy to be popularized.
