后路腰椎间盘摘除术手术方法选择探讨

Discuss how to choperation treatment of resection of camber intervertebral disc by posterior way

目的 :探讨后路手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症选择不同手术方法对疗效的影响。方法 :我院1 991年至 2 0 0 3年采用不同手术方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症 35 3例 ,对 2 0 8例随访病例进行回顾性分析。结果 :本组病例随访 2 0 8例 ,按Macnab标准[1 ] 评定 ,优 :1 0 6例 ,良 :88例 ,可 :1 1例 ,差 :4例 ,优良率 93.3%。结论 :针对腰椎间盘突出症不同的病理改变和是否存在合并症而采用适当的手术方法是获得较好疗效的关键。

Objective: To discuss the efficacy of the different operation ways of cambar interverbral disc by posterior way. Method: 353 patients suffered from LDS were operated by different operation treatment from 1991～2003. 208 patients followed up were analysed retrospectively. Result:In the group followed up 106 cases were excellent , 88 cases were good , 11 cases were normal , 4 cases were bad . The rate of excellent good was 93.3%. according to macnab evaluation standard . Conclusion: It is the key of better efficacy that we close appropriate way according whether LDS has different etiology chargs and complications or not.
