天然胶乳变质原因及对策的探讨

实验发现变质胶乳机械稳定性低于国标,凝块含量高于国标5倍。活菌数达正常胶乳60倍,并分离出两种优势菌。挥发脂肪酸值不能反映此批胶乳被细菌污染的程度。实验还发现0.05％碘和0.25％二硫代四甲基秋姆有较强杀菌作用,48h平均杀菌率分别为99.1％及99.3％,两月平均杀菌率分别为90.7％及99.84％。两种消毒剂对预硫化无不良影响。因处理及时,有效控制了变质,经使用效果满意。

A batch of natural latex was purchased from a Latex Factory of Yunnan in July 1991 and deteriorated obviously in October: the machanical stabilization was lower than national standard and the amount of aggregates was 6 times as national standard.In order to prevent from getting worse,a study on the cause of natural latex deterioration and counter-measure was demmanded.The pH of the latex was about 9, ammonia was added as an antiseptic.Two species of dominant bacterium which semms to be adapted in this enviroment was isolated from the deteriorative latex.The volatile fatty acid value couldn't reflect the degree of bacterial contamination.When 0.05% iodine or 0.25% TMTD were added.We found the bactericidal efficiency was much better.The bactericidal rates of iodine and TMTD were 99.1% and 99.3% in 48h, 90.73% and 99.84% after two months respectively.Both kinds of disinfectant had no pernicious effect on preval canization.The quality of deteriorative latex have got under coutrol after using the disinfectants.Satisfatoryct results have got in production.
