《医宗必读》与脏腑辨证

Yizhongbidu and syndrome differentiation of viscera and hollow organ

主要就《医宗必读》所述的病证、医论部分内容作了研究探讨 ,认为在内伤病证的病名确立、病因病机、脉证表现及立法用药等方面 ,皆重视脏腑 ,突出脏腑辨证 ,为本书的特点。《医宗必读》继承并发展了脏腑辨证理论 ,充实了临床应用 ,并为后世《中医内科学》病名的确立及证型划分奠定了基础。

This article mainly discussed syndromes and medical theory in Yizhongbidu,and considered that the characterisˉtics of this book was putting emphasis on Zangfu(viscera and hollow organ)and pushing forward differentiation of ZangFu in establishment of name of diseases,pathogenic factors and pathogenesis,manifestation of pulse and syndromes,principle and administration in aspects of internal injury diseases.Yizhongbidu inherited and developed the theory of differentiation of ZangFu,enriched clinical application,and settled a foundation for the establishment of disease name and classification of syndromes in Internal Medicine of TCM in the later generations.
