金芪降糖片对高脂胰岛素抵抗鼠PAI-1和t-PA活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]观察金芪降糖片对高脂胰岛素抵抗鼠血浆纤溶酶原抑制剂 (PAI-1)、组织纤溶酶原激活物 (t-PA)活性的影响。[方法]采用高脂饮食饲养大鼠使其产生胰岛素抵抗模型 ,观察金芪降糖片干预后高脂胰岛素抵抗鼠胰岛素敏感性、血浆PAI-1、t-PA活性的变化。[结果]高脂饲养大鼠8周后 ,高脂饲养组胰岛素敏感指数较正常饲养组明显减低 ,确立胰岛素抵抗模型。饲养14周后大鼠血浆PAI-1测定 ,模型组比正常组明显增高 ,金芪降糖片用药组较模型组明显下降 ;血浆t-PA测定 ,模型组较正常组明显降低 ,用药组明显高于模型组。[结论]金芪降糖片可改善胰岛素抵抗 ,并使大鼠血浆PAI -1水平降低、t-PA水平升高 ,改善纤溶活性。 Objective]To observe the effects of Jinqi Sugar Lowering Tablet on plasma PAI-1and t-PA activity in high-fat and insulin resistant rats.[Methods] Insulin resistant animal model was produced with high fat feeding.The changes of insulin sensitivity index and plasma PAI-1and t-PA activity in high-fat and insulin resistant rats after Jinqi Tablet adminˉistration were observed.[Results]After feeding for eight weeks,high fot(HF)group was significant lower than NC group in insulin sensitivity index(ISI),so insulin resistant moddl was made.After feeding for fourteen weeks model group was significant lower than Jinqi tabelt group in t-PA(P<0.01).Model group was significant higher than Jinqi tabelt group in PAI-1(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Jinqi Tablet can improve insulin resistance and fibrinolytic system activity,reduce plasma PAI-1activity,increase plasma t-PA activity in rats.
