摘要
在 35℃中温厌氧条件下 ,以葡萄糖为共基质 ,采用间歇试验法 ,通过测定甲烷累积产量 ,研究了 2 硝基酚、4 硝基酚、2 ,4 二硝基酚和 2 ,6 二硝基酚的厌氧生物降解性 ,利用相对活性值来判断硝基酚对产甲烷菌的抑制程度 .研究结果表明 :2 硝基酚浓度小于 2 4mg/L时 ,对产甲烷菌没有产生抑制作用 ;4 硝基酚浓度小于 2 0mg/L时 ,对产甲烷菌没有产生抑制作用 ,浓度为2 4mg/L时产生轻度抑制 ;2 ,6 二硝基酚浓度小于 1 2mg/L时未产生抑制作用 ,浓度为 1 6mg/L~ 2 4mg/L时产生轻度抑制 ;2 ,4 二硝基酚浓度小于 4mg/L时没有产生抑制作用 ,浓度为 8mg/L~ 2 4mg/L时产生中度抑制 .4种物质对产甲烷菌活性的抑制由小到大的排列顺序为 :2 硝基酚 <4 硝基酚 <2 ,6 二硝基酚 <2 ,4
A batch anaerobic test was conducted to examine the biodegradation of 2-nitrophenol,4-nitrophenol,2, 4-dinitrophenol and 2, 6-dinitrophenol through measuring accumulative methane production. The Relative activity values were used to judge the inhibition level of nitrophenols on methanogenic bacteria.The test conditions was as follow: glucose was used as co-substrate and the temperature is 35℃. It didn't cause inhibition when concentrations of 2-nitrophenol, 4-nitrophenol, 2,6-dinitrophenol and 2,4-dinitrophenol were below 24mg/L, 20mg/L, 12mg/L and 4mg/L respectively. Slight inhibition was caused when concentrations of 4-nitrophenol and 2,6-dinitrophenol were 24mg/L and 16mg/L~24mg/L respectively. Middle inhibition when concentrations of 2,4-dinitrophenol were 8mg/L~24mg/L was observed. The inhibition level was 2,4-dinitrophenol >2,6-dinitrophenol >4-nitrophenol >2-nitrophenol.
