摘要
实验用体重2.0kg~3.5kg猫12只,切1.0mm脑厚片,用MULLGAN法染色,拍照。读取各片外脑、尾核及海马外形数据,输入Micro VAXⅡ计算机,在其联机AR_(002)AA黑白终端上显示图形,通过X、Y、Z轴分别旋转不同角度显示其立体结构。本工作成功地重建了脑外形、尾核及海马的三维结构,为神经解剖、神经生理及神经药理等学科的研究提供了资料。
In this article, a mathematical model for three-dimensional reconstructino of the cat brain was successfully established and the pictures of the external feature, nucleus caudatus and hippocampus of the cat brain obtained in Guizhou by computer were presented. Twelve cats,2.0-3.5kg weight,were killed. The heads were fixed and soaked in 10% formalin for about two weeks.. Then the brains were cut into 1.0mm slices, under DGY-79A stereotaxic. The gray matter and white matter were showed with the MULLGAN dye. Photographs of the slices were made. The data of the external feature,nucleus caudatus, hippocampus of brain were read. Data were imported into computer(Micro VAXII U.S.A). The DOS was Micro VMS 4.7. Pictures were showed by computer AR_(260) -AA.The axises of X.Y.z were rotated respectively at difference angle.The data seems to be useful for the research in neuroanatomy, neurophysiology and neuropharmacology.
