摘要
目的:研究机体保护多肽BPC 157对于小型猪皮肤切割伤的治疗作用。方法:将24只10~15kg的小型猪随机分为4组,采用特制的打孔器在动物背部打孔制备皮肤切割伤模型,模型分别用甘露醇、成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和BPC 157(125和250ng·kg-1)处理17d,bid,在不同时期观察创面愈合水平以及肉芽组织内的胶原含量。结果:对小型猪皮肤切割伤模型,BPC 157(125~250ng·kg-1)可以加快创面愈合速度,增加创面表层肉芽组织内胶原的含量,和对照组相比,差异有显著性,但作用弱于bFGF。d17对照组尚残留创面18.6%,而bFGF组和BPC 157低、高剂量组创面已经基本愈合。结论:BPC 157有促进表皮修复的作用和促进肉芽组织成熟的作用。
Objective:To study the protective effects of pentadecapeptide BPC 157 on skin cut wounds in small type pigs. Methods: 24 pigs with a body weight of body protection compound 10 ~ 15kg were randomly divided into 4 groups. Cut wounds in the back skin of pigs were made by a special punch and then treated with twice daily dose of mannitol,bFGF,or BPC 157 (125ng·kg-1 and 250ng · kg-1) for 17 days. The healing rate and collagen content in granulation tissue were observed at different stages. Results: A quicker wounds healing rate and higher collagen content in granulation tissue in BPC 157 treated group were observed compared with other groups except bFGF treated group and the different was significant. On day 17, the unhealed surface of wounds in control group was 18. 6% and in bFGF and BPC 157 groups were basically healed.Conclusion:It can be concluded that rehabilitation of skin wounds and maturation of granulation tissue are promoted by BPC 157.
