摘要 目的 :介绍应用肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端复杂及不稳定骨折的经验并评估其疗效。方法 :2 0 0 3年 2月~ 2 0 0 3年 6月 ,11例患者肱骨近端复杂及不稳定骨折接受了肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗 ,术后早期行患肢功能锻炼。结果 :11例患者随访 6~ 10个月 ,肩关节功能评分 (按Neer评定标准 )为 85~ 96分 ,其中 9个优 ,2个满意。结论 :肱骨近端锁定接骨板可使骨折部得到复位及稳定的固定 ,对骨和软组织血供影响小 ,可使患肩行早期安全的活动 ,避免关节僵硬 ,是治疗肱骨近端复杂及不稳定骨折的较好方法。 Objective:To introduce the experience and evaluate the results of patients with complex and unstable fracture of proximal humerus treated with locking plates. Method:From Feb. 2003 to Jun. 2003, 11 patients with complex and unstable fracture of proximal humerus were treated by operations with locking plates. Early rehabilitation after operations were performed. Result: All 11 cases were followed up for 6~10 months. Evaluated by modified Neer rating system, with excellent in 9 cases, good in 2 and all cases were in 85~96 points. Conclusion:The advantages of locking plate are good reduction and stable fixation in tiny interference of blood supply around the fracture. The patients could perform early rehabilitation after operations and avoiding shoulder joint ankylosis. Surgical treatment of complex and unstable fracture of proximal humerus with locking plate can make satisfactory results and it is a more effective method.
