SiC纤维补强微晶玻璃复合材料显微结构研究 被引量:2

STUDIES ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF SiC FIBER REINFORCED GLASS-CERAMIC COMPOSITE

摘要 Li_2O-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系统微晶玻璃的母体玻璃用来作为制备SiC纤维补强微晶玻璃复合材料的“前驱体”。在其中引入MgO进行烧结使形成歙晶玻璃基质材料。此法可调整徽晶玻璃基质的膨胀系数范围,使之与SiC纤维相适配。作者用X射线衍射分析确定了基质材料中存在的物相,并用TEM研究了复型所示出的显微结构。用SEM检查了复合材料断口的形貌。根据显微结构的研究,对复合材料的力学性质作了讨论和解释。实验结果有助于对复合材料制备工艺提出改进措施,由此可望获得性能优良的复合材料。 Mother glass of Li_2O-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 system glass-ceramic was used as the 'precursor' for preparing SiC fiber reinforced composite. Introducing MgO to bind with the precursor, the mixture was sintered so as to form glass-ceramic matrix of composite.Such procedure can be used to adjust the expansion coefficient of the matrix, matching with the SiC fibers in composite. Xray diffraction analysis was carried out to identify the phases existing in the matrix and the microstructure was examined by TEM from replica. The morphology of the fractured surface was inspected by SEM. Based on the studies of microsturcture, an interpretation on the mechanical properties of the composite was given, then, the results were discussed. The experimental results were beneficial to the improvement of technology for the production of the composite, thus, a composite with excellent properties may be expected.
