爆裂性骨折椎管重建与临床相关疗效的探讨

Effect investigation of the reconstruction of spinal canal on the thoracolumbar burst fracture

目的 :评价在爆裂性骨折治疗中 ,椎管重建与临床相关疗效的关系。方法 :98例爆裂性骨折患者 ,新鲜骨折 72例 ,陈旧性骨折 2 6例 ,根据骨折和椎管占位情况行前路或后路手术 ,进行椎管重建和内固定及自体骨植骨术。结果 :手术顺利 ,随防 6个月～ 3年 6个月 ,无感染、内固定折断、神经损害加重等发生 ,植骨显示骨性愈合。5 0例神经功能有不同程度恢复 ,2 2例无改善。结论 :爆裂性骨折 。

Objective:To evaluate the relation ship between the spinal canal’s reconstruction and the clincal result on the thoracolumbar burst fracture. Method:All 98 cases(fresh:72 cases,old:26 cases) were operated with anterior or posterior methods, by reconstructing the spinal canal, internal fixation,autologous cortico cancellous grafts. Result:The operations were done very well. All were followed up for 6 months to 3 years and 6 months, no infection and broken of instrument occurred,50 cases’ nerves function had different recovery, 22 cases had no recovery.Conclusion:Reconstructing the spinal canal can reduce the early stage aggravation of nerve function and the second damage of the nerve function on the thoracolumbar burst fractures.
