摘要
在张泾河穿越顶管施工中,采用钢板沉井代替钢筋混凝土沉井,实践证明,在钢板沉井周围注浆效果较好,周边土体强度得到了加强,从顶管开始至顶管结束,钢板沉井位移仅为1cm,与钢筋混凝土沉井相比毫不逊色,且可缩短工期一个月,节约投资近百万元。文章介绍了钢板沉井的施工方法及顶管过程中的测量控制和纠偏措施。
The steel open caisson was used to replace reinforced steel concrete open caisson in pushing pipe operation in Zhangjin River crossing project.The engineering practice has testified that the steel open caisson is as good as reinforced steel concrete open caisson.This paper describes construction method of steel open caisson as well as measurement control and measure of rectifying deviation.
