球形氢氧化镍表面包覆Co(OH)_2的研究

A Study on Spherical Ni(OH)_2 Coated with Co(OH)_2 Layer

采用液相化学沉淀包覆的方法在球形氢氧化镍表面包覆了一层Co(OH) 2 膜 ,对包覆粒子进行了SEM分析、EDS分析、粒度分析等 ,发现pH值和络合剂的浓度对包覆反应有很重要的影响。在反应中注意各影响因素的配合可以在球形氢氧化镍表面获得均匀致密的、具有特定微晶形貌的Co(OH) 2

Spherical Ni(OH) 2 was coated with a layer of Co(OH) 2 by liquid phase precipitation coating. By SEM, EDS and size analyses, it was found that pH value and concentration of complexing agent have an important influence on the coating reaction. Homogenous and compact coating layers of Co(OH) 2 with a special microcrystilline patterns can be obtained only by coordinating all the factors.
