船用12CrNiMoV钢与常用管材在海水介质中的电偶腐蚀行为研究 被引量:3

摘要 测定了在阴阳极面积比为1∶1和1∶10情况下,船用低合金钢12CrNiMoV分别与五种常用管材组成偶对时在海水介质中的电偶电流,测量并计算了试验后各偶对阳极的全面腐蚀速率和局部腐蚀速率。结果表明:无论阴阳极面积比是1∶1还是1∶10,在试验所用的五种管材中,以HDR双相不锈钢与12CrNiMoV钢偶合时,电偶电流最小,即12CrNiMoV/HDR偶对匹配较为理想;阴阳极面积比为1∶1时阳极遭受到的腐蚀比阴阳极面积比为1∶10时要严重。 T5The coupling currents between low alloy steel 12CrNiMoV and five usual pipe materials in sea water were measured respectively under the conditions of the ratio of cathodic to anodic area being 1∶1 and 1∶10. The general corrosion rates and localized corrosion rates of anodes were calculated. The results showed that among five couples, the current of the couple 12CrNiMoV/ HDR couple was the smallest. HDR is a duplex stainess steel. The corrosion of the anode with the cathodic and anodic area ratio of 1∶1 was more serious than that of 1∶10.
