摘要
水轮机过流部件的磨损和破坏一直是水电站运行的难治之症。文章分析了水轮机过流部件的磨蚀失效原因,介绍了常用的抗磨蚀材料,以及相应的表面处理技术。同时还介绍了新材料和新工艺在国内外成功应用的例子。
The corrosion of hydraulic turbine flow-parts has been a very difficult problem. The paper presents systematically the erosion corrosion failure factors, anticorrosive materials and surface treatment measures on materials of hydraulic turbine flow-parts, including new materials and new processes which are successfully applied at home and abroad.
