摘要 目的 :探讨抗EB(Epstain Barr)病毒口服液对EB病毒转化人脐血B淋巴细胞能力的抑制作用。方法 :用台盼蓝拒染法检测抗EB病毒口服液对脐带血B淋巴细胞的细胞毒作用 ;用克隆形成法测定药物对EB病毒转化B淋巴细胞的抑制作用。结果 :用 0 62 5、1 2 5、2 5 0、5 0 0和 10 0 0mg/mL的生药提取物浓度分别预处理EB病毒 1h ,药物对EB病毒转化B淋巴细胞转化的抑制率分别为 2 9 3 %、49 9%、65 3 %、68 2 %和 81 2 %。药物在上述 5种浓度下与EB病毒和B淋巴细胞共同作用 ,药物对EB病毒转化B淋巴细胞转化力的平均抑制率分别为 2 7 4%、3 6 9%、46 5 %、5 6 6%和 69 9%。结论 OBJECTIVE:To study the inhibitory effect of transforming ability of anti-EB virus delicious against EB virus.METHODS: The cytotoxic effect of anti-EB virus delicious on B lymphocytes from umbilical cord blood was assayed by using the trypan-blue trophochrome method.The inhibitory effect of transforming ability of anti-EB virus delicious against EB virus was determined by using the clone forming method.RESULTS:Inhibition rates of transforming ability of anti-EB virus delicious against EB virus were 29.3%, 49.9%, 65.3%, 68.2% and 81.2% with 0.625 mg/mL, 1.25 mg/mL, 2.50 mg/mL, 5.00 mg/mL and 10.0 mg/mL of concentrations pilot treatment EB virus for 1 hr respectively. The average inhibition rates were 27.4%, 36.9%, 46.5%, 56.6% and 69.9% respectively under 5 concentrations above metioned combining anti-EB virus delicious, EB virus and B lymphocytes to be incubated together in 37℃.CONCLUSION: Anti-EB virus delicious could inhibit EB virus transforming B lymphotes into lymphoblasts.
