摘要
观察奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙诱导胃癌细胞早期凋亡的效果。胃癌患者 17例 ,术前 1周应用奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙化疗 (治疗组 ) ,术中取胃癌组织 ,应用流式细胞术 (AV与PI双参数法 )检测其凋亡 ;并与 18例术前未化疗 (对照组 )的胃癌患者进行比较。术前化疗组胃癌细胞凋亡比例为 2 8 5 3 %明显高于术前未化疗组的 13 5 9%P <0 0 5。奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶。
To observe the early apoptosis in gastric cancer treated with oxaliplatin plus 5-flurouracil/folinic acid preoperatively.Seventeen cases of gastric cancer were treated with oxaliplatin plus 5-flurouracil/folinic acid one week before operation. Samples were taken from tumor site during the operation.The flow cytometry was used to detect the rate of apoptosis in gastric canaer cell.Eighteen patients without preoperative chemotherapy were included in the control group.A significant higher rate of apoptosis was observed in the treated group compared with the control group.The preoperative chemotherapy of oxaliplatin plus 5-flurouracil/folinic acid induces apoptosis in gastric cancer cells and thus produces anti-tumor responses.
