摘要
化学镀镍 -磷合金可替代硬铬镀层和不锈钢 ,应用前景广阔。本文通过实验研究和生产应用确定了一种新型酸性光亮化学镀镍 -磷合金的关键工艺适宜值 ,其中施镀pH值为 4 6~ 4 9、温度为 (88± 3)℃。采用扫描电镜及X -射线衍射仪对该合金镀层的微观形貌及晶相结构进行了分析 ,并对其硬度、耐蚀性、孔隙率及结合力进行了测试。结果表明 ,该合金镀层为非晶态结构 ,且致密均匀、平整 ,孔隙率低、耐蚀性好 ,镀态硬度为 5 37HV ,热处理后达到1 0 2 4HV。
Being a replacement of hard Cr deposits and stainless steel, electroless Ni-P alloy deposits have good application prospects. The suitable key process conditions of a new bright acidic electroless Ni-P alloy plating were optimized by experimental study and production application. The morphology and crystal structure of the alloy deposits obtained by the new technology were analyzed with SEM and X-rays diffraction instruments. The suitable pH value for plating is 4.6~4.9, and the temperature is (88±3) ℃. The microhardness, corrosion resistance, porosity and adhension of the alloys deposits were tested. The results show that the alloy deposits are dense, uniform, plane and have amorphous crystal structure, low porosity and good corrosion resistance. Moreover, the microhardness of the alloy deposits is (537 HV,) and reach (1 024) HV after heat-treatment.
