摘要 甲基磺酸电解液已经应用到锡和锡铅电镀 ,甲基磺酸的纯度对其电镀液性能有较大影响。简要分析了甲基磺酸的传统合成方法 ,即氯氧化法和盐法 ,开发出一种新的合成甲基磺酸的方法———空气氧化法。该方法以氢气、氧气、甲醇和硫为原料 ,采用连续的工艺 ,得到的甲基磺酸纯度高、不含氯、无色无味 ,特别适合电子电镀应用。 The purity of methysulfonic acid has great effect on the property of the methysulfonic acid electroplating bath which has been applied for Sn and Sn-Pb alloy electroplating. The disadvantages of traditional methods synthesizing methysulfonic acid such as the oxidation method with chlorine and the salt method were briefly summarized. A kind of new synthesis method called oxidation method with air was developed, by which chlorine-free, colourless and odourless methysulfonic acid with high purity was obtained using hydrogen, oxygen, carbinol and sulfu as raw materials and continuous process. The methysulfonic acid obtained by this new method is very suitable for electron electroplating. The yield and control of the by-products resulted from the secondary reactions were primarily discussed.
