摘要
采用LiBO2 熔样 ,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱 (ICP AES)法对硅质砂岩实现了一次熔样、全组分同时分析。对影响其光谱测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究 ,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明 ,方法的检出限为 0 .0 0 5~ 0 .85 7μg/mL ,回收率为 90 .2 0 %~ 10 3.10 % ,RSD小于 2 .86 %。该法准确、快速、简便 ,应用于硅质砂岩中化学组分的测定 。
It is reported in this paper that the lithium metaborate fusion method is used in the Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) technique for determination of chemical compositions of silica sand.The various factors affecting spectrum intensity were examined in details.The optimum conditions for the determination were tested and discussed. The test limit of the method is 0.005-0.857μg/mL. The recycling rate ranges from 90.20% to 103.10%.RSD is less than 2.86%.This method is accurate,quick-acquired and convenient.It is used for the determination of chemical compositions of silica sand with satisfactory result.
