钡系复合合金对钢液脱氧行为的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 在实验室研究的基础上 ,在 L F/ VD精炼设备上进行了钡系合金对钢液的脱氧工业试验。试验发现采用Si Al Ba Ca脱氧时的全氧含量基本上在各个工位均低于采用 Al和 Fe Si Al脱氧 ,其脱氧产物上浮速度要快于用 Al脱氧 ,能够较快地使夹杂物数量达到较低的水平 ,且试验中夹杂物的球化作用比较明显 。 The industrial tests of Ba series alloys deoxidization behavior was conducted in LF/VD refining equipments based on laboratory research It is shown that the total oxygen contents of using SiAlBaCa deoxidization is lower than using Al and FeSiAl deoxidization experiments in each working procedure The deoxidization products of SiAlBaCa easily float out from steel compared with that of Al, accordingly, the amount of inclusions is reduced rapidly to a lower level It is very clear that the morphology of deoxidization products are changed to globular shape in SiAlBaCa deoxidization experiments The modified mechanism of Ba series alloys deoxidization products is also discussed
