摘要
在大容量电容器特性快速测试分选中,往往存在制约测速和精度的暂态干扰、测试夹接触干扰和工频干扰,分析了这些干扰的产生机理,提出了克服干扰的方法并设计出微机化快速测量电路原理。并将测试方法和电路运用于微机化大容量电容器自动分选机中。
In the field of fast measurement and sort for Large-Volume capacitor,there usually exist interferences such as the transient interference,the contact interference of test clips and the power supply interference, which limit the speed and the precision of the measurement. In this paper,the mechanizm of the interference occurrence is analyzed in detail, and the elimination approach is put forward. Both the above mentioned method and the circuits have been success-fully applied to the type-PC electrolytic capacitor sorter.
