摘要
目的 :探讨脾气虚证大鼠胃窦平滑肌动力调节中的胃动素信号传导障碍。 方法 :建立脾气虚模型 ,测定胃窦平滑肌胃动素含量 ,记录胃动素作用下胃窦平滑肌细胞的收缩反应及其胞内游离钙浓度改变。 结果 :脾气虚组的胃窦平滑肌胃动素含量、胃动素刺激下细胞收缩强度以及胞内游离钙浓度升高幅度均明显降低 (与空白对照组比较 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;香砂六君子汤治疗组的相应指标均明显升高 (与脾气虚组和自然恢复组比较 ,P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :脾气虚证胃窦平滑肌胃动素信号传导障碍是多环节的 ,不仅仅局限于胃动素的“信号分子异常”。香砂六君子汤可多环节、整体性地改善这一信号障碍。
Objective To investigate the change of motilin(MTL),cellular contraction caused by MTL,and i of antral smooth muscle cell motility in 'Spleen Deficiency'(Pixu) rats. Methods The content of motilin in antral smooth muscle was measured,the effect of motilin on the length and i of antral smooth muscle cells after establishing the Pixu model in rats was observed.Results There was an obvious decrease of the content of motilin in Pixu rats than in control group.The response of smooth muscle cells to MTL and ensuing change of i have been observed. Conclusion Disorder of gastric motility in Pixu trats and abnormality of the signal transduction involved by motilin may have many affinities,which shouldn't just focus on the content of motilin.It was found that the pharmacological actions of Liu Zunzi Decoction on gastrointestinal functions in 'Spleen Deficiency'also involved in this cellular signal transduction.
