摘要
以传媒业为例,从行业价值链入手,探讨了企业在虚拟经营中对价值链以及整个网状企业进行领导和整合的思路。指出在实施领导和整合的过程中,应该着重考虑的几个方面,提出了适当的解决方案。
The paper begins with the media value Chain,probes into the thinking about how a media enterprise leads and integrates the value chain and even the whole cybercorp.Then it points out what should be paid sound attention in the process of leading and integrating,and gives proper settlement scheme.
