摘要
根据静态破裂剂化学反应产生膨胀压力的机理 ,提出并设计了测力环压力测试系统 ,该测试系统将破裂剂装入刚性模拟炮孔中 ,对径向实施刚性约束 ,通过测试其轴向膨胀压力来测定其膨胀性能。从而使得破裂剂膨胀压力测试工作简捷、准确、重复性好 ,消除了多种外界因素的影响。文中介绍了该测试系统的理论依据。
According to the mechanism of static cracking agent expanding pressure,a system of pressure-measuring-ring was put forward and designed,which is used to measure the static cracking agent's quantity of expanding by means of putting it into rigid hole model, performing limitation in the plane and measuring the pressure in the axis direction. Therefore it made the work simple, accurate and good repeated, concealing many influence of external world. The theory, designing method and measuring way are introduced.
