酒石酸托特罗定缓释片的研制

Studies on tolterodine tartrate sustained-release tablets

目的研制酒石酸托特罗定缓释片。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定酒石酸托特罗定的含量 ,利用国内生产的缓控释辅料 ,以体外释放度为指标 ,优化处方工艺。结果所得缓释片体外释放实验表明 8h累积释放度>75 %。结论研制的酒石酸托特罗定缓释片的缓释效果好 ,工艺简单 ,可适合工业化生产。

PurposeTo prepare tolterodine tartrate sustained-release tablets. MethodsOrthogonal project was employed to establish the relation between the match-ratio of HPMC to PVP and the releasing rate in vitro.ResultsThe accumulated released amount of tolterodine tartrate sustained-release tablets was more than 75% within 8 hours.ConclusionThe HPMC and PVP manufactured by domestic company can be used properly as barriers to prepare a matrix sustained-release tablet of tolterodine. The formulation and technique are feasible in industry.
